Summary: This series focused on Harvard Law grad Ally McBeal (Flockhart), who joins a small Boston law firm after suffering sexual harassment in her first job. The firm is headed by former fellow student Richard Fish (Germann), famous for his disregard for the law and focus on profit. Her new partners are her childhood sweetheart, Billy Thomas (Bellows), and his wife Georgia (Thorne-Smith), John Cage (MacNicol), known for both his brilliance and neurotic tics, and various latecomers to the firm.
