The American Bar Association published Mac's article titled "Legal and Practical Guide for the Disposition of Tangible Personal Property at Death" in the May/June 2006 issue of Probate & Property.  Attorney W. Aaron Hall has been selected to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Creative Aging of the MidSouth.  Creative Aging strives to enhance the social and cognitive health of older adults by providing them with access to the arts.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

 Teresa and Mac Bailey have been requested to serve Harding Academy as members of the President's Board.  The advisory group was created by the new President of Harding Academy of Memphis, Trent Williamson.  Harding Academy is a college-preparatory academy which provides its students with a Christ-centered education.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

Teresa W. Bailey has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Leadership Empowerment Center (formerly Youth Visions).  The group's vision is to empower youth to become leaders of leaders that will reproduce Christian leadership qualities into the lives of others thereby empowering their home, school and community.  LEC's goal is to develop youth spiritually, academically and economically.  In the words of John Maxwell, "When you invest in a follower, you add; but when you invest in a leader, you multiply."
